The Maple Leafs have fired Ron Wilson and replaced him with Burke BFF Randy Carlyle. You rarely see a coach get fired this late into the season but Burke didn't really have a choice. Toronto has lost 6 straight and is now 5 points out of 8th.
This move is brilliant. They should get a boost from this hiring, making them a solid 9th place team. I love it.
